Caught in cycles of unpredictable rent increases, overcrowded conditions, or lack of access to land and affordable housing, many families live with a constant burden of uncertainty, stress, and fear.

Unfortunately, the affordable homeownership crisis has 45% of renters and 18% of homeowners paying more than 30% of their income on housing, forcing people to decide to use their money for food, a safe home, health care, or transportation to work. No one should have to make these kinds of decisions.
