The mission of the Edisto Habitat for Humanity Homestore is to generate income and invest it back into the organization's goal of making sure everyone has a safe place to live and succeed through shelter.
It operates by accepting and reselling donated new and gently used home improvement items, furniture, appliances, and building materials. This not only promotes our green initiatives of reuse and recycling but also ensures that the community has access to quality, affordable goods. The proceeds generated from Edisto Habitat's Homestore sales directly contribute to funding Edisto Habitat for Humanity's initiatives, particularly in the realm of affordable housing. |

The Homestore is a resale store with a wide selection of items, including home improvement items and home goods that change often. At the Homestore, we believe that great prices should never compromise quality. You'll be pleasantly surprised by our affordable range, which includes everything from building materials to appliances and furniture.

VOLUNTEER AT THE HOMESTOREVolunteers at The Homestore help staff the sales floor, price donated items, and assist our pick-up crew. Our volunteers give hundreds of hours each month by working either half or full-day shifts.
We welcome individual volunteers and opportunities for groups. |
